18% GST extra on total or unit cost as applicable.

PO is non-cancellable hence advance payment or any payment would be non-refundable.

Warranty after delivery or on field support or service or any field specific durability testing is not applicable.

A spoke person should be nominated for the training and further communication regarding upcoming guidelines or updates from time to time.

Whatsapp is not allowing promotions at the moment hence bulk messaging should be done according to Whatsapp policies. If you violate the Whatsapp policies; your number(s) might get banned for few hours & RFL Group will not be responsible for this.

This software eliminates maximum risk of banning the number(s) if you handled according to Whatsapp policies.

Campaign reports should be download before running another campaign or logging out.

nLincs - AMC charges will be Applicable to the end user (Customer/Merchant) Rs. 2500/- + 18% GST per year.

Rs.5/- per order will be charged to the merchant, hence Merchant must keep balance in their wallet accordingly.

Timeline commencement after receipt of advance payment & input material. Delivery schedule will be within 10 working days.
