Henry Drew
Board Advisor

Our Board Chairperson, Mr. Henry Drew currently a professor at The College of New Rochelle, School of New Resources, Brooklyn Campus, brings more than twenty eight years experience in child care development and community service. Mr. Drew was the official representative of the Borough President of Brooklyn on many community boards. He served in many civic and social organization: In 1966 Mr. Drew was appointed to serve on a committee to develop the Community Planning Board for the Bushwick Community. He later became the first organized Chairman of the board, a position held until 1973. During his tenure, he restructured the board by creating the following committees to meet the needs of the fast growing community, namely education, health, social service, police sanitation, youth and housing, which individually they interacted with all the city agencies responsible for the delivery of services to the Bushwick community. He has also served as Board Chairperson for many city agencies that provide health, education, and housing services. Mr. Drew was honored as the "The Educator of the 90's" by The College of New Rochelle. He is a great asset to our organization and our teens will benefit for having crossed his path.
Pearlie R. Blanks
Vice-Chairperson and Treasurer

As Assistant Vice-President of BB&T in Norfolk, Virginia, Ms. Blanks is familiar with the hard work and determination required to sucseed. She is co-owner of Tashmar's Beauty Salon in Suffolk, Virginia and spends most of her spare time serving others. She serves as the National Financial Secretary for Las Amigas, which is a Community Service Organization that (among many things) provides blankets to senior citizens and homeless shelters. Las Amigas is committed to other organization whose mission is dedicated to serve others such as, The United Negro College Fund and the Sickle Cell Anemia Association. Ms. Blanks also serves as President of Las Amigas Suffolk Chapter. Her community involvement does not stop there. She is the Treasurer of both the Baum of Gilead Missionary Baptist Church, and the East Suffolk Alumni Association. As Vice-Chairperson and Treasurer of Restore For Life, Inc. Board of Directors, Ms. Blanks will once again contribute to improving the life of others.
Beata Kozak
Secretary

Beata Kozak is a Research and Education Specialist for one of NASA contractors where she supports efforts of Office of Chief Education Officer focusing on underprivileged population. Prior to this role, she was an organizational consultant with Senn-Delaney Consulting (SDL), an international consulting firm successful in improving the effectiveness of leaders, teams and organizations.
Mrs. Kozak also served as a Senior Project Director for Hughes Research Worldwide (HRW), a leading firm that helps clients with the cultural transformation process by defining their vision and mission, and creating a set of shared values, which help drive the new strategic direction.
Mrs. Kozak has extensive experience designing and conducting research, designing web-based surveys, completing data manipulation and analysis, maintaining databases, and synthesizing complex data and organization systems. She worked with clients cross all industries, range in size from Fortune 500 to start-ups, and represent a mix of non-profit, for-profit and government organizations.
Mrs. Kozak is an active volunteer at her children's school and in local community. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and friends, good music and sunsets.
She is excited to share her skills and experience with Restore For Life.
Lina Morris
Board Member

With more than four years experience with the American Association of University Women and more than twenty years of customer service experience, Ms. Morris will provide a wealth of educational insight for RFL residents. Her talents served to encourage women to participate on the Honorary Paid Life, Shape the Future, Give a Grad a Gift and the Acknowledgement Program Associations. We are certain that she will continue to encourage, inspire and uplift young women.
Nike Ayoola-Haynes
Board Member

Nike is a mother and grandmother of three beautiful children whose origins are a mix of Yoruba from Nigeria on her father's side and Arabic from Syria on her mother's side. Nike Ayoola-Haynes has always been committed to the success of African-American and African children and their families and has been involved in the educational systems in both Prince George's and Howard Counties. Nike graduated from The American University in 1981 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Personnel Relations. As her twins, Chaka and Zalika, moved through their academic careers, each of their schools came to know Nike Ayoola-Haynes. Nike volunteered as School Secretary at James H. Harrison Elementary School earning a Volunteer of the Year award still displayed at the school. She also became School Newsletter Editor and PTA Secretary for two years. As the twins moved into High School, Nike saw a need and became one of the Founding Members of the Gators African-American Parents committee with the goal of providing a forum for concerns and initiatives designed to address the special needs of African American students at Reservoir High School, a public high school in Howard County, Maryland. Nike is GAAP's current President. Nike was also recently one of the Black Student Achievement Program (BSAP) Volunteer of the Year awardees having been given this honor by The Council of Elders of the Black Community of Howard County at their Annual Unity Breakfast in Columbia, Maryland. She is now also Restore For Life's Teen Council Director and is looking forward, along with the teens, to positively affecting the lives of hundreds of teens through Restore For Life!
Barry Nagle
Board Member

Barry Nagle has dedicated his professional career to education. At this time, he serves as director for the Center for Assessment, Planning, and Accountability for the United Negro College Fund Special Programs Corporation (UNCFSP). Prior to joining UNCFSP, Mr. Nagle served as Research and Evaluation Team Lead for a contractor to NASA. Mr. Nagle started his career as an early childhood education teacher in at the Parent-Infant Center in Philadelphia, PA and later became an elementary school teacher in the Philadelphia Public Schools. He earned his B.A. from Temple University in Early Childhood Education and Special Education and his M.A. from LaSalle University in Education. He completed graduate work in Educational Research Methodology at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and currently attends George Washington University studying Educational Administration and Policy Studies in an Ed.D. program.
Stephanie Stubblefield
Board Member

Stephanie Lynne Hamilton-Stubblefield, a native of West Virginia, was raised and adopted by her maternal grandparents; Rev. Lon Hamilton, Sr. and Agnes Benson Hamilton. In addition, she has one brother, Gregory L. Hamilton; and her mother, Christine Hamilton Bussey. Stephanie Stubblefield is married to Frank J. Stubblefield, Sr., and they are residents of Mitchellville, Maryland. She and her dedicated husband are blessed to have one son - Frank J. Stubblefield, Jr. Additionally, she is the product of West Virginia Public Schools located in Logan County, West Virginia. After graduating from high school, Stephanie attended Norwich University where she obtained a B.S. degree in Psychology, and a M.A. in Professional Counseling at Liberty University. Stephanie was an active volunteer mother at Kenmoor Elementary and Middle School. Furthermore, she was nominated and elected for Who's Who in American Women. Also, she is the Director of the Media Ministry at New Home Baptist Church located in Landover, Maryland.
