• Recognized by Congressman Steny Hoyer, former Councilwoment Marilyn Bland, Senator Barbara A. Mikulski and former Governor Ehrlich as a much needed addition to the community.
• Highlighted on American University's radio program (WAMU)'s community series, "Can We Talk" of Time Warner Cable and Cablevision in Brooklyn, NY, on "A Different Look" Channel 76 in PG County, Washington Times, and the Community Gazette.
• Selected to participate in the Nonprofit Incubator Program awarded through the Department of Health and Human Services Compassion Capitol Fund.
